My job is to manage the buying process and make it as painless as possible. I am your transaction manager, and I will work with you from beginning to end - from initially touring properties with you, preparing comparative market analyses for homes that you are considering, to writing a carefully crafted offer. I help my clients with inspections, contingency deadlines, re-negotiation, and finding the most suitable lender with the best pricing. I am your representative, and I help you navigate the process and any issues that may come up, from our first introduction all the way through to the closing.
When considering a target price range, listing prices are not always reflective of true market value. I leverage my decades of experience to advise clients when listings are overpriced, underpriced, or priced correctly. This helps to inform the negotiation process to make sure that a buyer’s bid does not come in too low or too high and the best possible deal is secured.
When it comes time to make an offer, price is not the only thing to consider. Sellers will consider additional terms, including down payment, timing, and contingencies. Ultimately, negotiating a successful deal will be contingent upon striking a balance of terms that consider the needs of both the buyer and seller. This helps to ensure that my client’s offer comes out on top.
Even after a deal is secured, my relationships with my clients tend to be ongoing. I like to make sure they get settled. If any work needs to done on the home, I’m happy to leverage my deep network of reliable contractors and suppliers.
